I am an innovation and incubation specialist with deep experience in designing programmes, ecosystems, and advisory support that help tech-for-good ventures scale.
Over the past 10 years, my work has focused heavily on the startup ecosystem—particularly on the challenges early-stage ventures face when trying to move from idea to scale. Through this work, I identified a recurring gap: while ambition and intent were high, many ventures struggled due to limited digital capability, access to the right talent, capital, and poorly aligned support programmes.
This insight led me to design and build a non-profit tech incubator focused on leveraging digital technologies to solve large-scale social challenges. I developed the strategic vision, charter, and a robust 9-point incubation model that combined business capability building, digital technology adoption, access to capital, expert advisory, and ecosystem partnerships.
Since then, I have worked closely with startups, universities, corporates, investors, and government bodies to design programmes and interventions that are practical, data-informed, and genuinely useful to founders.
Clear, modular, consulting-ready support designed for tech-for-good ventures and innovation ecosystems.
My approach is collaborative, confidential, and outcome-driven.
I start by understanding founders, programme goals, and ecosystem constraints—using data, diagnostics, and direct engagement.
Programmes and support are tailored by stage, sector, and real gaps—not generic frameworks.
I focus on execution, decision-making, and digital capability—not theory.
Impact is tracked through meaningful founder and programme outcomes.
Engagements can be short-term, project-based, or ongoing advisory roles.
